4. Bookings and Payments

Drivers can browse services, book appointments, and pay through the platform. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. Dtailr is not liable for delays or issues with payment services.

Pros must fulfill all appointments as booked unless canceled according to the cancellation policy. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in account suspension.

5. Use of the Platform

You agree not to:

Violate any laws or regulations;
Use the platform for fraudulent or unauthorized purposes;
Interfere with the platform’s functionality or security;
Post or transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content.

Dtailr reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at our discretion.

6. Reviews and Feedback

Users may leave reviews after services are completed. By submitting content, you grant Dtailr a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for promotional or operational purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dtailr provides a platform to facilitate connections between drivers and service professionals. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or performance of services offered. You agree to hold Dtailr harmless for any damages or disputes arising from services booked through the platform.

All content, branding, logos, software, and designs are the property of Dtailr or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
